For more than four decades, he’s been building organizations that quietly keep hospitals and physician groups running. Alongside his wife and longtime business partner, Sue Mira, Tony founded MiraMed Global Services and grew it from a single client in Michigan into an 8,000-person global enterprise serving hundreds of hospitals across the U.S.—all without raising outside capital. Together, they built MiraMed into a backbone of U.S. medical coding and revenue-cycle management, recognized globally for its innovation in making processes more efficient, accurate, and resilient.
Today, Sue remains closely involved with Cainex as a hands-on advisor, bringing the same operational insight and steady leadership that helped MiraMed grow into an international success. Her continued influence reflects the shared values that have guided their partnership for decades: integrity, collaboration, and care.
